She's certainly closer to how I pictured Ally, anyway... And LOL @ her being almost!Elena too.

She looks the part but idk if she could act it. I have seen her on As the world turns and she was good but not as good as Emile will be.

Hm, she kinda looks the part, I suppose.
But before I read the script, there was chatter of Emmy Rossum playing Ally, and I couldn't picture anyone else while I read it. Just by looks, she's my ideal Ally.
Still not sure about Emilie. I'd have to see a trailer or some clips or something to pass my judgment on her. :/

well yeah, they kind of do i mean you can't turn back time now can you? i wish i saved the article about how rob actually liked her for the part and he was able to make the choice in his co-star, and of course the casting director wanted her, they are the casting director..they cast the film.

They don't have to get over anything, since the movie isn't out, and she could suck. People are reserving judgment until they see the movie. And re: the casting, I heard Rob and the director fought for one actress but the studio wanted another. So I guess we won't know for sure who won and for what reason.

i mean i think they should get over it due to the fact that she's already been cast, she's already filmed, can't do anything about that now can they. but see here's my opinion, most overly obsessed fans of rob's feel she sucks, shocking. i know, she's like 4 years older than him so omg she's old. she has no chemistry, though i saw it and clearly rob felt they had, she spent time with his best friend and him during filming just hanging out a lot so that helped i'm sure. lol i didn't hear that and i've been keeping up on all that i can for this movie. i'm looking forward to it. but you keep on believing what you want, bb. that's cool. she'll be awesome. that's my opinion. :)

ROFL trust me, I'm not an overly obsessed Rob fan, I don't even think he's a very good actor, so really, his vouching for Emilie, if he did that, means nothing to me. I mean, he thinks Kristen Stewart is the most talented actress of her generation, LMAO, WTF. And he hangs out with all his costars, seriously he's been pictured with everybody. But you believe what you want too, overly obsessed fans tend to see what they want to no matter what. :)

ahhh so just a huge twilight fan? makes sense :[ i'm not a obsessed fan, i'm really interested in this movie since it's a personal thing for me. i think emilie and rob are decent enough actors and i don't bitch and moan every day that someone else wasn't chosen that's all. in the end i think it'll do well. stay positive, bb.
